Our Countstar solutions deliver powerful cell imaging and analysis tools that enable researchers to gain deeper insight into biological processes. As we expand our US business, we’re looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for innovation, customer success, and making a positive impact.

As the technical account manager, you will be responsible for identifying and selling CountStar cell imaging products to our target customers in the life sciences market, including academic research labs, hospitals, biopharma/pharma, biotechnology, and contract labs. You will work closely with the product and application teams to execute business development strategies, perform basic product demonstration and application support. .

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue goals for CountStar cell imaging products in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database. Generate accurate monthly forecasting for the assigned territory.
  • Perform lead generation activities including but not limited to seminars, Linked-In prospecting, collaboration with business partners. Attend and participate in regional and local product shows and conferences.
  • Results focused – consistently monitor territory metrics and take ownership of changes needed to succeed. Balance growth via both direct channel and distribution channel.
  • Perform initial installation and demonstrations of cell counters.
  • Capture voice of customer and communicate customer requests to Marketing, Application, and Product teams.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Aptitude to learn and absorb new technologies and skills.
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree with hand-on experience in cell culture and cell counting.
  • Must be local and live in the territory.
  • Ability to travel ~50% of the time.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent English.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
