Alisal, a luxury 10,500 private acre, working Ranch and Resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Concierge to join our Pool Team.
This Part-Time position is meant to assist during the peak season, it entails greeting and welcoming guests and members to the pool area. Maintaining pool area to ensure the safety of the guests and members. Responsible for clearing and resetting lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas. Preserve order and cleanliness of pool area while picking up towels and replenishing as necessary as well as responding to guest and member questions and concerns in the pool area.
- Prior experience in customer service role preferred.
- Desire to establish outstanding, authentic, and memorable interactions with internal and external guests.
- Integrity, dependability, and adaptability.
- Skilled at multi-tasking, heightened attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and organization.
- Commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Able to work on site and to stand, sit, walk, and move continuously for duration of shift.
- Ability to work indoors, or outdoors, and in varying temperatures.
- Must be able to present proof of identity and legal right to work in the United States post offer, pre-employment.

- Open availability to accommodate varied schedules as well as being able to work on weekends and holidays.
- Position pays $16.90 per hour plus portion of the Ranch fee.
