- Acting as the “go to person” for all M&A projects
- Establishing and enforcing realistic, achievable timelines (which at times are stressed and quick)
- Quickly identifying transition needs and dependencies
- Coordinating across many groups outside of IT—including Operations, Construction, Clinical leadership, and third-party vendors
- Planning projects from the internet circuit timeline backwards so that go-live dates are not chosen that cannot be supported by other Duly groups
- Driving operational readiness in clinics that already have established processes and helping them adapt to Duly tools and standards
- Looking for synergy across solutions to reduce vendor sprawl and deliver measurable business value
