Responsibilities
M&A Project Leadership
- Serve as the primary project manager for all Duly M&A technology efforts, from initial scoping through go-live.
- Conduct deep-dive facility assessments to identify gaps, requirements, risks, and necessary integrations.
- Develop and manage full project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and delivery expectations.
- Drive alignment across all participating teams—including Infrastructure, Applications, Networking, Security, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Facilities.
- Identify all applications, systems, and equipment required for operational readiness at new facilities.
- Lead the documentation and execution of integration plans for telephony, network, clinical applications, end-user devices, remote access, and corporate systems.
- Ensure all equipment is staged, configured, deployed, and validated prior to go-live.
- Oversee build and configuration work to ensure technology standards and best practices are maintained.
- Act as the primary point of contact for M&A technology initiatives, ensuring clear communication across departments and leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure accountability.
- Provide regular status reports, risk logs, and go-live readiness assessments to senior leadership.
- Coordinate onsite technology activities including installation, testing, cutover, and support.
- Drive go-live readiness across all workstreams to ensure operational continuity for providers and patients.
- Lead post-go-live hypercare to ensure all issues are resolved promptly and transitions to steady-state operations occur seamlessly.
- 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in healthcare, multi-site environments, or M&A.
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, telephony, networking, end-user computing, and enterprise applications.
- Ability to conduct structured facility assessments and translate findings into actionable project plans.
- Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes, own deliverables, and work autonomously.
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional technology projects with aggressive timelines.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and escalation management capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license; ability and willingness to travel to clinics and facilities.
Salary : $85,617 - $128,425
