At the heart of our manufacturing process is our team of skilled technicians. As a Hydraulic CNC Press Technician, your role will be pivotal to our operations, ensuring each day is met with precision and commitment.
Your Responsibilities- Operate press brakes by setting up and maintaining CNC equipment.
- Execute machine operations, interpreting documents like blueprints and specifications, to meet production demands.
- Utilize CNC programs effectively, ensuring all products meet quality benchmarks prior to further inspection.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and efficiency, carrying out minor troubleshooting as required.
- Your keen eye will help identify opportunities for process improvements and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Record all work completed accurately using the E2 management system.
- 5 years in a manufacturing setting.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, with a strong foundation in metal press forming techniques.
- Adept at CNC operations, particularly Amada NT & NC9 programming.
- Solid computer skills and a valid driver’s license.
