What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Brake Press Operator position at ASR Staffing Solutions, Inc.?

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC press brake machines and possess knowledge of machining techniques.

Hours for Press Brake: 5:00am-1:30pm (Overtime involved)

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake to bend, form, and shape sheet metal
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the proper settings for the machine
- Complex programming using all features of the press brake
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate product dimensions
- Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role

-Proven experience with CNC machines preferably with accupress and trumph
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes
- Must have 1 year experience

- Familiar with schematics
