Spa Concierge - Part Time

Spa Concierge host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. Primary responsibilities include scheduling treatments, guest registration and processing forms of payment to include room charges, credit cards and cash. As a Spa Concierge you will be responsible for spa reservations, whether it is a deluxe spa package or an individual spa treatment. This position is also responsible for making product and treatment recommendations to spa guests. This individual promotes wellness and serves as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience. Wage: The range for this opportunity is $18 to $20 per hour. This is the pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay. Alila Ventana Big Sur is an all-inclusive resort which means select positions such as this are eligible to receive a service charge payout ranging from $300-$500 per week *subject to change based on business levels. Spa Concierge is also eligible to earn 10% commission off of retail sales!

Shift: The shift needed for this position is 9am to 6pm with varying days of availability. Friday and Saturdays are required.
