Qualifications

Essential:
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- Working knowledge of power tools and related equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electro-mechanical systems successfully.
- Must be willing to take initiative and have ability to be innovative with problem solving.
- Working knowledge of electricity and plumbing.
- Working knowledge of pool equipment care.
- Working knowledge of spa equipment care.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to take direction and work unsupervised.
- 3 years previous maintenance experience in hotel, building or commercial building, or equivalent experience in a specialized trade.
- CPR/first aid qualified.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R
