We’re hiring Temporary Maintenance Supervisors to lead start-up and commissioning efforts. This is your chance to shape a brand-new operation, build high-performing teams, and drive safety, compliance, and efficiency from day one. Although this is a “temporary” role, we look forward to keeping our top performers.
Retention Bonuses
- $200 every 2 months
- $1,000 after 1 year
- $1,500 at plant commissioning
Compensation & Benefits
- $40-45/hr

What You’ll Do
- Lead and train a temporary maintenance crew during plant start-up
- Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with contractors and technical staff to boost efficiency
- Document daily activities and troubleshoot issues
- Identify and implement process improvements
What You Bring
- High School Diploma (required); mechanical craft training (a plus)
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Solid grasp of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Flexibility with work schedules
