About The Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of German speakers around the world? We're looking for professional German-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality speech samples and evaluate AI-generated audio — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a professional command of spoken German and a quality recording setup.

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality voice samples in German from provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve AI-generated speech quality
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and natural spoken delivery
• Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace
  
  

Who You Are

• Fluent in German with a natural, clear, and expressive speaking voice
• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
• Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Detail-oriented when it comes to assessing pronunciation, cadence, and vocal quality
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
• No AI background required
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with remote recording workflows or audio production tools
• Familiarity with AI tools or speech evaluation as an end user
• Background in broadcast, theatre, e-learning narration, or commercial voice work
• Awareness of regional German accent variations — Standard, Austrian, Swiss, or otherwise
