About The Role

We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding Italian voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality voice samples in Italian from provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated audio
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and authentic natural delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
  
  

Who You Are

• Fluent in Italian with a strong, confident speaking voice
• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or a related field
• Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Skilled at delivering clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances
• Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and overall speech quality
• No prior AI or tech experience required
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in commercial voice-over, character voice acting, or broadcast media
• Familiarity with audio editing software or home studio recording workflows
• Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or accent variations
• Background in linguistics, theatre, or performance arts
