- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Analyze realistic SOC incident and alert scenarios to assess what is happening, why it matters, and what the appropriate response should be
- Classify alert severity, identify root causes, and recommend remediation actions based on your professional judgment
- Review AI-generated detection logic, triage decisions, and investigation workflows for accuracy and realism
- Validate AI outputs to ensure they reflect how experienced analysts actually think and operate
- Provide structured, detailed feedback that helps AI systems learn from your expertise
- 2 years of hands-on experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role
- Familiar with SIEM platforms, alert triage processes, and investigation workflows
- Skilled at distinguishing genuine threats from noise and false positives
- Strong written communication skills — able to explain your reasoning clearly and concisely
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous, task-based assignments
- Experience with threat hunting, digital forensics, or red/blue team operations
- Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or SANS
- Prior involvement in AI evaluation, data annotation, or training workflows
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside top security researchers and AI labs
