What You'll Do
- Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, emotional range, and overall quality
- Deliver structured, actionable feedback to help refine and improve synthesized voice outputs
- Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding Italian delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
- Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
- Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
- Equipped with a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
- Attentive to nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, phrasing, and pronunciation
- No prior AI or tech experience required
- Experience in radio, dubbing, commercial voice work, or theatrical performance
- Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
- Awareness of regional Italian dialects and pronunciation variations
- Background in linguistics, communications, or performing arts
