This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding voice, full fluency in Italian, and the professionalism to deliver consistent, high-quality performances.

This role supports AI speech development and does not involve voice cloning of any kind.

What You'll Do

• Record clear, high-fidelity Italian voice performances using provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, accuracy, expressiveness, and flow
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to help improve synthesized voice quality
• Review and refine scripts as needed to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
  
  

Who You Are

• Full native or professional fluency in spoken Italian
• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or comparable audio work
• Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, acoustically suitable recording space
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances consistently
• Sharp attention to detail when evaluating pronunciation, tone, pacing, and overall clarity
• No AI or tech background required
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with broadcast, commercial, animation, or e-learning voice work
• Familiarity with audio editing or digital audio workstations (DAWs)
• Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or accent variations
