This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding voice, full Italian fluency, and a passion for delivering polished performances.

This role supports AI speech development and does not involve any voice cloning activities.

What You'll Do

• Record clear, high-fidelity Italian voice performances using provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, accuracy, tone, and expressiveness
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to help refine synthesized voice quality
• Review and adjust scripts as needed to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
  
  

Who You Are

• Full fluency in spoken Italian — native or near-native
• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or comparable audio-focused work
• Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances consistently
• Sharp attention to detail when evaluating pronunciation, tone, pacing, and overall clarity
• No prior AI or tech experience required

• Experience across multiple voice styles — commercial, narrative, conversational, character
• Familiarity with audio editing tools or recording software
• Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or accent variations
• Background in linguistics, broadcasting, theatre, or performing arts
