- Record clear, high-fidelity German voice performances using provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, accuracy, expressiveness, and overall quality
- Provide structured, constructive feedback to help improve synthesized voice output
- Review and adjust scripts as needed to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
- Full fluency in spoken German — native or near-native level
- Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or comparable audio-focused work
- Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver consistently engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances
- Sharp ear for pronunciation, tone, pacing, and overall speech clarity
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to evaluation
- Experience in broadcast, podcasting, e-learning narration, or commercial voice work
- Familiarity with audio editing tools or recording workflows
- Background in linguistics, communications, or performing arts
- Awareness of regional German speech patterns and dialectal variation
