- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Design and develop advanced chemistry problems across organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry — with real-world scientific relevance
- Solve and review complex problem sets, ensuring scientific accuracy, depth, and clarity
- Apply your domain expertise to challenge and improve AI model reasoning in chemistry
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts
- Evaluate AI-generated chemistry content and flag errors, gaps, or oversimplifications
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of scientific rigor and communication
- Hold a Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in one or more areas: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
- Comfortable working with Python or computational chemistry tools such as Gaussian or VASP
- Exceptionally clear written communicator — you can explain complex chemistry concisely
- Detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently and asynchronously
- Experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or quality assessment workflows
- Background in academic research, scientific publishing, or curriculum development
- Familiarity with AI tools or machine learning concepts
- Experience designing problem sets, exams, or instructional chemistry content
