- Organization: Alignerr
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Design advanced biology questions and problems to rigorously test AI reasoning and performance
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with rigorous scientific logic across undergraduate to Masters-level topics
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Identify gaps, errors, and weaknesses in AI responses to complex biology problems
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks and improve AI training datasets
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Masters degree (pursuing or completed) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Comfortable providing structured, critical feedback on technical content
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- No prior AI experience required
- Experience in data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI or language model workflows
- Background spanning multiple biology subfields (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, physiology, ecology)
