- Organization: Alignerr
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
- Classify and evaluate compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
- Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
- Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems
- Apply your practitioner knowledge to identify gaps, errors, and edge cases in AI-generated GRC content
- 2 years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
- Familiar with one or more major frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar
- Comfortable reading, interpreting, and critiquing policy and audit documentation
- Detail-oriented with precise, structured written reasoning
- Self-motivated and able to work independently on a flexible schedule
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in information security, internal audit, or third-party risk
- Experience writing or reviewing control narratives, risk registers, or compliance reports
- Work directly on frontier AI systems alongside top research labs
