- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Design, solve, and critically review advanced atmospheric science problems with real-world relevance
- Apply your expertise in climate modeling, atmospheric dynamics, meteorology, or related areas to craft complex, high-quality problem sets
- Evaluate AI-generated scientific reasoning for accuracy, depth, and rigor
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen AI model outputs
- Ensure scientific clarity, precision, and intellectual depth across all deliverables
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
- Holds a Master's or PhD in Atmospheric Science, Climate Science, Meteorology, or a closely related field
- Experienced in Python or R for scientific research or data analysis
- Deep expertise in at least one of: climate modeling, atmospheric dynamics, weather systems, remote sensing, or environmental physics
- Exceptional written communicator — able to explain complex concepts with clarity and precision
- Detail-oriented and scientifically rigorous with a high standard for quality
- Fluent in English
- Prior experience with data annotation, AI evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
- Background in interdisciplinary environmental science, ecology, or sustainability
- Familiarity with large-scale climate datasets or simulation frameworks (e.g., CMIP, WRF, CESM)
- Experience reviewing or publishing peer-reviewed scientific work
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs and AI teams
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you

Salary : $75 - $90
