About the Role:
In this role, you will implement behavior goals in the home setting for children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work closely with your supervisor (BCBA) to implement goals through remote and in-person supervision. Data collection is an integral part of this role, so the RBT/BT must be comfortable collecting data, writing notes, and ensuring data completion and accuracy after each session.
Compensation & Schedule:
The pay is between $23.00 - $29.00/hour, depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:15pm - 4:30pm (schedule cannot be changed due to family/client availability).
Position Requirements:
- Experience in ABA preferred
- At least 1 year of experience working with children is highly preferred
- Experience working with children with challenging behavior is a plus
- Must be willing to complete the requirements to obtain RBT certification through our organization
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check
