Aligned Vision Behavior (AVB) is on a mission to provide quality in-home ABA services to clients aged 1 to 21 years old in order to increase skills and reduce behaviors that have been negatively impacting success. We focus on nurturing a collaborative approach between family members, teachers, parents, and providers to ensure sustainability outside of therapy sessions.

About the Role:
In this role, you will implement behavior goals in the home setting for one child aged 3 years old. You will work closely with your supervisor (BCBA) to implement goals through remote and in-person supervision. You will collect data by capturing important notes each session which will be sued by your BCBA to write treatment plans.
Compensation and Schedule:
The pay is between $23.00 - $29.00/hour, depending on experience.
This role is M - F from 12 - 4:30 pm in Burtonsville, MD.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in ABA preferred
- At least 1 year of experience working with children is highly preferred
- Experience working with children with Autism is a plus
- Must be willing to complete the requirements to obtain RBT certification through our organization, if applicable
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle to ensure timely arrivals to session(s)
- Ability to pass a background check
