About Aligned Therapy Center
Aligned Therapy Center is a growing private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. Our practice supports individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, school avoidance, life transitions, and relationship concerns. We utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused therapy to support meaningful and lasting change.
We are seeking a high-quality, motivated clinician who is passionate about providing excellent care and working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
Position Overview
We are looking for a therapist interested in working with children, adolescents, adults, or a combination of these populations. This role will be in our office location in Sparta, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to children, teens, and/or adults via telehealth and in-person sessions as applicable
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs
- Maintain a consistent weekly caseload
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers when clinically appropriate
- Participate in group supervision or consultation meetings
- Maintain professional licensure and adhere to all ethical guidelines
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey license (LPC, LAC, LSW, or LCSW)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfort providing telehealth services
- Interest in working in a collaborative and supportive team environment
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapies, or trauma-informed care
- Experience working with school-related concerns, anxiety, or emotional regulation

Pay: $45.00 - $72.00 per hour
