Role Description The Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) will provide remote, contract-based psychotherapy and counseling services to a diverse adult and family caseload, with bilingual Spanish skills strongly desired. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-informed individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth. The clinician will use a person-centered, culturally responsive approach to support clients in understanding their emotional patterns, building coping skills, and addressing behavioral health concerns. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, coordinating care with other providers when appropriate, and participating in case consultation to ensure high-quality services. The role also involves maintaining professional boundaries, adhering to ethical and legal standards, and contributing to a supportive, collaborative practice culture.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Social Work and Case Management to support client advocacy, resource linkage, and care coordination.
• Applied knowledge of Psychology and Behavioral Health to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of mental health conditions.
• Competence in Family Therapy to address relational dynamics and provide support to couples and families.
• Active, unrestricted license as an LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT (or equivalent) in the state of practice; eligibility to provide telehealth services.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly desired, but no required with the ability to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate care.
• Experience with person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches; familiarity with evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, solution-focused).
• Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and proficiency in electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills; commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
