A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney to join its Chicago office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in working with high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, business owners, and fiduciaries on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, trust administration, and succession planning matters.

Ideal Background

• 3–6 years of trusts and estates experience
• Experience with estate planning, wealth transfer planning, and trust administration
• Experience drafting wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and related estate planning documents
• Familiarity with gift, estate, generation-skipping transfer, and income tax planning preferred
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client counseling skills
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Illinois bar admission required or ability to become admitted
