Salary: $250,000 - $350,000

A growing national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Minneapolis office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing, and asset management matters for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active Minnesota bar admission or ability to become admitted in Minnesota

• Approximately 3-6 years of commercial real estate experience

• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing transactions

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

• Excellent academic credentials

What You'll Do

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and related transaction documents

• Assist with real estate development projects and due diligence matters

• Advise clients on commercial leasing, financing, and asset management issues

• Coordinate complex transactions involving developers, investors, lenders, and business stakeholders

• Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on sophisticated real estate matters
