Finance Associate Attorney

Finance Associate Attorney | Multiple Locations (Hybrid) | $180,000–$315,000

A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an experienced Finance Associate to join its Corporate Practice Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent financial institutions, private credit lenders, and borrowers in a broad range of finance transactions.

• Draft and negotiate loan, security, intercreditor, and related financing documents.

• Advise clients on covenant compliance and transaction structure.

• Lead due diligence teams and manage contributions from specialists across multiple offices.

• Support corporate and real estate financings, loan originations, and other complex transactions.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in corporate finance and/or financial institutions work.

• Demonstrated expertise in loan originations, private credit, or real estate financing.

• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision.

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of your preferred office (or ability to waive in promptly).
