Corporate Transactions Associate Attorney

A well-respected national law firm is seeking a Corporate Transactions Associate Attorney to join its growing Dallas office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in working on sophisticated mergers & acquisitions and healthcare-related transactions within a collaborative national corporate practice.
The Role
- Mergers & acquisitions transactions
- Healthcare industry transactions and strategic acquisitions
- Drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents
- General corporate representation and governance matters
- Entity formation, capitalization, and operating agreements
- Commercial contracts and technology-related agreements
- Direct client interaction and substantive transactional responsibility
- Collaboration with a sophisticated national corporate team
Ideal Background
- Approximately 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience
- Experience with M&A transactions and acquisition agreements strongly preferred
- Experience with healthcare transactions, financing matters, corporate governance, or commercial contracts is a plus
- Familiarity with technology agreements, SaaS agreements, master services agreements, or vendor contracts preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Compensation
Expected compensation ranges from approximately $240,000 – $340,000 depending on class year, experience, and overall background.
