About the Property:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead operations at our distinctive hotel in McMinnville. This is a limited-service property that creates an elevated hospitality experience for our guests.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including rooms, sales, and guest services
- Drive financial performance through revenue management, cost control, and budget oversight
- Lead and develop a team
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards and maintain high guest satisfaction scores
- Manage capital improvement projects and maintain property standards
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong community relationships
Qualifications:
- 5 years of hospitality experience with minimum 2 years in management roles
- Previous experience managing hotels required
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Proven track record of revenue growth and profit optimization
- Excellence in team leadership and development
- Strong understanding of food & beverage operations
