Dental Receptionist

Southern Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry | College Station, TX

Full-Time | $18–$22 per hour

Southern Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is looking for a friendly and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of dental or front office experience and enjoy working with patients in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 2 Fridays per month: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
  
  

Responsibilities

• Greet and check patients in and out
• Answer phones and assist with patient questions
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance and collect payments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments and treatment
• Support the front office and dental team as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of dental or front office experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional and welcoming personality
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office
• Experience with dental software and insurance is a plus
