Dental Receptionist
Southern Smiles FamilyCosmetic Dentistry | College Station, TX
Full-Time | $18–$22 per hour
Southern Smiles FamilyCosmetic Dentistry is looking for a friendly and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of dental or front office experience and enjoy working with patients in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 2 Fridays per month: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet and check patients in and out
- Answer phones and assist with patient questions
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance and collect payments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments and treatment
- Support the front office and dental team as needed
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of dental or front office experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional and welcoming personality
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office
- Experience with dental software and insurance is a plus
