As part of our exciting growth, we are currently searching for a Senior Financial Analyst - CapEx & Construction.
The Senior Financial Analyst, CapEx & Construction will be a key asset in the future growth of the company. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Company’s capital expenditure activities, including governance, estimating, execution, and reporting. S/he will provide financial execution and analysis including PO approvals, budget tracking, cash flow forecasting, and capacity delivery tracking. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Finance.

The Senior Financial Analyst, CapEx & Construction will be a key asset in the future growth of the company. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Company’s capital expenditure activities, including governance, estimating, execution, and reporting. S/he will provide financial execution and analysis including PO approvals, budget tracking, cash flow forecasting, and capacity delivery tracking. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Finance.
Role And Responsibilities
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators in all areas related to capital expenditures, timelines, and fitout margin by manipulating multiple large data sets into digestible reporting.
- Effectively communicate with Commercial, Construction, Procurement, Service Delivery, Strat Dev, and Utility teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting on all CapEx related items (Estimates, Budgets, Timelines).
- Support Sr. Director, Finance with Governance Approval tracking, Procurement, and NRC Billings.
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance and work with respective leaders to develop, implement and track corrective actions needed to return the business to operating targets.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and in-depth analysis to supporting Senior Management Team and Department heads.
- Understand accounting team and system (Oracle) requirements to effectively complete CapEx day-to-day operations and problem solve accounting questions for PD/SD teams.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial CapEx reports and related presentations to Senior Management Teams.
- Develop financial templates and models to support strategic initiatives related to all development CapEx.
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
- Partner and develop strong working relationships with various internal business unit heads to provide financial analysis and forecasting to support the business.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA is a plus.
- 4-6 years’ experience in FP&A or transaction services advisory roles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with SQL, Dashboards, and/or BI tools a plus.
