Overview
We are seeking a Production Supervisor - Bilingual (English/Spanish) to lead operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production, leading and developing employees, and ensuring all products meet quality, safety, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead production employees during shift operations
- Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow across production lines
- Monitor production output to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Ensure proper equipment setup and troubleshoot operational issues as needed
- Verify quality checks and inspections are completed per standards
- Coordinate materials and inventory needed for production runs
- Coach, train, and support production team members to improve performance
- Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards
- Track production metrics and maintain accurate reports (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Promote a safe, team-oriented, and continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing
- Experience in high speed processing or packaging manufacturing preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
