Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, organized, and driven Project Manager to lead customer projects in our Engineer-to-Order manufacturing environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and deliverables, while playing a critical role in ensuring successful project execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of leading complex, technically focused projects, we want you to be on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all customer projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring schedules, milestones, risks, and project documentation are managed effectively.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, providing clear communication, managing expectations, and supporting scope and requirement decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service stay aligned and informed throughout the project.
- Manage project scope, budgets (Engineering Hours), and timelines, driving accountability and maintaining accurate reporting for leadership.
- Improve project processes, applying PDCA and supporting the development of standardized workflows and professional business practices.
Qualifications:
- Project management experience in manufacturing, ETO, custom equipment, or closely related environments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management, scheduling, and project planning tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven business.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field & PMP certification.
