Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate program activities to meet deadlines and objectives
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
- Coordinate schedules across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Manage contracts and ensure fulfillment of obligations
- Lead and develop program teams to achieve performance goals
- Track program performance and report on progress and issues
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in program management
- PMP Certification
- Expertise in program and budget management
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Proven leadership and communication abilities
- Experience managing schedules, compliance, and process improvement
