What We’re Looking For
- Active Ohio LNHA license
- 2 years of experience as an Administrator in an SNF or LTC setting
- Experience overseeing a medium SNF strongly preferred
- Proven survey success and regulatory confidence
- Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and a true team player mentality
- Someone who enjoys building culture, mentoring leaders, and driving excellence
