Director of Nursing Services (RN)

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing Services to lead clinical operations and elevate the standard of care across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. Must have previous DON experience in a large SNF. You will help oversee the entire campus but with focus on 45 bed SNF.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident-centered care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services
- Ensure regulatory compliance (Title 22, OBRA, Federal & State guidelines)
- Oversee staffing, performance management, quality improvement, infection control, and risk management
- Lead survey readiness and Medicare utilization
- Partner with physicians, families, and leadership to drive outstanding outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Active California RN license
- Must have previous DON experience in a large SNF
- BSN required
- 6 years clinical experience; 3 years in nursing leadership
- Strong regulatory knowledge and multi-level care oversight experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop large clinical teams
