Director of Nursing (RN) - Skilled Nursing Facility

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Care RN Director of Nursing (DON) to lead an experienced and cohesive clinical team at a large fast-paced skilled nursing facility in the Walnut Creek area. The team is led by an amazing Administrator who creates a very fun and collaborative work environment. They have a very strong ADON, MDS Coordinator, DSD, Marketing Director, a very supportive and hands-on Regional Team, with a parent organization that enthusiastically provides all of the best tools and resources necessary to provide the very best level of care for the incredible residents! The facility has outstanding CMS ratings, a census that consistently remains close to 100%, a very healthy skilled mix, and is held in a very high regard by the local community!

DON:

• Current California RN license is required.
• At least 2 years proven DON experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Must have a strong understanding or compliance and regulations.
• Survey prep/execution experience required.
• Team player with leadership skills, strong communication skills, and a calm low-stress demeanor is preferred.
