Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform intake assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting patient history
- Administer medications as directed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with medical coding standards (ICD coding)
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and coordinating referrals

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of ENT/Allergy/Asthma is desired but not required
- Prior work experience as a Medical Assistant
- Familiarity with basic life support (BLS) protocols and emergency response procedures
- Proficiency in EHR systems for effective patient documentation
- Understanding of anatomy and physiology to assist in patient assessments effectively
