Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of practice location, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations. Optimize workflow efficiency and patient flow to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise practice staff across site. Foster a positive work environment, encouraging professional development and teamwork among personnel.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance of practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvements and profitability.
- Patient Experience Enhancement: Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention. Address patient feedback and concerns effectively, promoting a patient-centric culture across all practice locations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the revenue cycle, billing, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of operations and adherence to financial policies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable standards. Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Standardized Practices: Develop and maintain standardized operational procedures and policies across all sites to promote consistency and efficiency in practice operations.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and analyze practice performance metrics, reporting trends and outcomes to senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to guide operational decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field., preferred, not required
- 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a multi-site practice setting
- Strong understanding of practice operations and revenue cycle management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and drive operational improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) and practice management software
