Patient Advocate / Chiropractic Assistant
Full-Time Competitive Pay Based on Experience
Align Alabama Health & Wellness is looking for an experienced, compassionate Patient Advocate / Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing chiropractic and wellness practice.
We're searching for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional patient care from check-in through treatment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their visit
- Obtain patient histories and update electronic medical records
- Prepare patients for chiropractic treatment and therapies
- Perform digital X-rays
- Assist doctors with patient flow and clinical procedures
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment
- Coordinate with providers to ensure an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications
Highly Preferred:
- Experience performing digital X-rays
- Previous chiropractic, orthopedic, sports medicine, urgent care, or family practice experience
Ideal Candidate:
- Medical Assistant, Chiropractic Assistant, Radiologic Technologist, Athletic Trainer, EMT, LPN, or equivalent clinical experience
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Comfortable learning new technologies and clinical procedures
