Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral interventions and training plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide support and education to family members and caregivers
- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field preferred
- Prior experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
