What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Alight Behavioral?
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We are seeking providers who are highly motivated, energetic, fun, and flexible to add to our team. We have positions open for those who are new to the field as well as experienced RBTs and ABA Therapists. Full and part time positions are available. We offer high-level training to help providers advance in this exciting and rewarding field.

- 1:1 therapy sessions
- Implement discrete trial/natural environment programs
- Teach play skills and social skills

- Document session outcomes
- Provide behavior support within group settings
- Collaborate with Speech Therapists, OTs, PTs, etc.
- Completed 40 hour course
- Previous ABA experience preferred
- Excellent references
- RBT preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
