Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in their natural environments, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and treatment effectiveness
- Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care
- Adhere to Alight Behavioral Therapy's policies, procedures, and standards of practice
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education)
- Completion of the required RBT training program and registration with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with children and families affected by autism
