Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children diagnosed with ASD
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Work collaboratively with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment plans
- Provide training and feedback to parents and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
- NC Licensure in Behavioral Analysis
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in-home setting
- Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and ABA therapy principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
