About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorders. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will design and implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and collaborate with families to achieve their goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with Autism Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards
- Collect and record data on client progress, including behavior and skill acquisition
- Collaborate with BCBA and family members to set goals, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide positive reinforcement, skill-building, and behavioral interventions in a clinical setting
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data and treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
- Demonstrate a commitment to cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and respect for diversity in all interactions with clients and families
