About the Role:
As an In-Person BCBA at Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Conducting in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and their families
Collaborating with families to establish and maintain a positive treatment environment
Conducting autism evaluations and assessments to identify strengths and needs
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of treatment progress and outcomes
Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements:
NC Licensure as a BCBA (Required)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field (Preferred)
BCBA certification (Required)
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (Preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
