Senior Estimator – Ground-Up Residential | Stamford, CT | $165K–$200K
We’re partnered with a leading General Contractor delivering high-end ground-up residential projects across Connecticut and the wider Tri-State area.
Due to continued growth, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Estimator to take ownership of preconstruction and pricing across a strong pipeline of new developments.
The Role
- Lead full-cycle estimating for ground-up residential projects
- Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid packages
- Work closely with project management, ownership, and subcontractors
- Analyze drawings, specs, and scope gaps
- Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
What They’re Looking For
- 5 years of estimating experience with a General Contractor
- Strong experience on ground-up residential construction
- Proven ability to handle projects from concept through GMP
- Solid understanding of the Connecticut / Tri-State construction market and subcontractor base
- Proficiency with estimating software and takeoffs
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (DOE)
