Estimator – Ground-Up Construction

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up construction projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate bids
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Review and assess subcontractor proposals and pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator within a General Contractor environment
- Strong knowledge of ground-up construction projects
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
