We are seeking a Takeout Specialist to join our support team. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant and courteous demeanor with experience handling multi-line phones, taking phone orders, sales experience, and cash handling. Must be very personable, patient, organized, detailed oriented and accurate with money. This is a fun, fast-paced position with the opportunity to make great tips!
Responsibilities:
- Accurately take and process to-go orders in person, over the phone, and through third-party delivery platforms.
- Prepare and package orders with care, ensuring presentation and accuracy meet our standards.
- Collaborate with the Catering Sales Manager to support and execute exceptional catering experiences.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by engaging guests with information about Carmine’s and Virgil’s locations, and encouraging return visits for special events and catering.
- Manage guest transactions and maintain an organized and efficient take-out station.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure all orders are correctly packaged and ready for timely dispatch.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth take-out and catering operations.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
